This article provides instructions on setting up Net Set Go Programs using the Competitions feature in the PlayHQ admin portal.
Accepting Centre Terms and Conditions
Prior to setting up NetSetGO registrations in PlayHQ , all Centres are
required to accept the NetSetGO Centre Terms and Conditions.
If you have not accepted the Centre Terms and Conditions, please reach out
to your State NetSetGO Coordinator for further information and access to
the Terms and Conditions.

Setting up the Program - Association Setup Process
In order for Centres to setup and take registrations,
Associations must first create the Program instances.
Centres can then be invited to take registrations to
the Program.
Navigate to the Competition Management tab on
the menu panel.
To begin setup, select the + Add Competition Button
to be taken to the setup screen.
Note: In PlayHQ , For NSW, ACT & WA, NetSetGO Programs will operate
through the Competition menu to align the setup
of all types of netball participation.
Note: The above image shows the competition/program tiles once the competition/program has been added.
The recommended setup is to have two separate program setups.
The first being for Net programs and the second being a Set & GO program.
The setup of a Net program is much simpler and requires less utilisation of settings and can therefore be kept to a basic setup when separate from Set & GO programs.
Creating the Program Association Setup Process
When setting up the competition, clearly name the
competition using the correct terminology.
For Net Programs: Woolworths NetSetGO Net Skills/Activities
For Set & GO Programs: Woolworths NetSetGO Set & GO Competitions
When selecting the format, please ensure that the NetSetGO format is selected.
Note: It is critical that the correct format is selected for accurate
reporting of NetSetGO participants to occur.
Once all options are selected,
proceed to the next page of the
setup, via the Next button in the
top right of the page.
The second page of the Program setup is to do with Game and Grade settings.
When setting up a Net program, ensure all settings are toggled to off
and visibility settings are hidden.
This is to ensure no competition settings are used for the skills/activities program.
When setting up a Set & GO program,
determine the settings you wish to use for the modified competition.
The next step prior to registration setup is to create the season.
For help on how to create a season, follow the below link to the Managing Seasons
support article

Inviting Centres to the Program Season
After selecting the Centres being invited and allocating the available roles for
registration, team allocation dates need to be provided.
Team allocation dates allows Centres to add players to organised teams and
then add them to the competition through grades. This functionality would
only be relevant for Set and GO Competitions.
Note: Net programs which do not require participants to be allocated
into teams/groups, this information will not be relevant.
This however is a mandatory field and a start and end date will still need to be provided.
The second half of this page allows for the setup of Association fees to be passed down
to Centres at the top of the registration fees section.
Associations can see the fees that have been passed down by the organisations above (Netball Australia & State Organisation).
Clicking on the down arrow on the right hand corner of the grey column will expand the field.
This shows what fees are being passed down to the Centre and then participant.
Set the Association fee per the roles that are available.
An advanced fee option is available to set fees based on advanced criteria (age & gender).
Once done, click Save in the top right corner of the page.
Note: For Associations that are Centres and take registrations directly, please refer to
the section on Creating the Registration Form.
Accepting Program Invitation to Centre
Upon receiving an invitation, Centres can accept the invitation to the program.
From here, Centres can set up their registration form in preparation for participant
registration.
Once invited to the program, navigate to
the Competitions tab on the menu panel.
Next, select the Invitations tab from the top of the page. This will present all the competitions and programs the Centre has been invited to.
Down the right hand side of the screen, click the Accept button to officially accept entry into the program.
