If a course or module is coming up as incomplete, despite you having finished all required components of the course, please ensure that you’re following the completion guidelines listed here.
I've reached the end of my course. How do I find my accreditation and completed courses?
Once logged in to your Netball Learning account, select the Record of Learning heading at the top of the page.
This will take us to the courses tab, where you can view all our courses that you’ve enrolled in, whether they be in progress, complete, not attempted or expired. Please note that you can also use the filters feature to narrow your search if looking for a particular course. If you’re wanting to go through a section of a particular course, select the course title link within the table to go to the course homepage.
Clicking on the Certifications tab will take us to a similar page, where only courses that have a certification (eg. Foundation Coach accreditation) attached will appear. Like before, you can see our progress within this course, whether you’re certified and if so, when the certification expires. To go to a course, click on the course title link.
Unable to find certificate from a completed course
Once logged in to you Netball Learning account, select the Record of Learning heading at the top of the page.
Remaining on the courses tab, find the desired course that you want to check the completion status of. The status should be 100% as shown below, if all course components have been completed (if not, please see the course completion guide here). Please note that you can also use the filters feature to narrow your search. In this scenario you are wanting to locate the Foundation Umpire Education course. Select the course title link within the table to go to the course.
Once on the homepage of the course, select the Download your Certificate tile. This will take you into another menu, where selecting the title of course will take you to the download page. Please note that if the course you are in doesn't have this option available, then there is no certificate that can be obtained for that course.
Finally, clicking on the View certificate button will download your certificate in a PDF format.
Depending on which web browser you are using, a notification should come up showing the status of the download, as highlighted below. Select Open File to view your certificate.
