You should receive an activation email when accessing the ‘Forget username or password’ option.
If you haven't received an activation email (and you had a profile setup in the old learning system), you may have multiple accounts assigned to the email address provided. Alternatively the email address you have provided doesn't match up with the address assigned to your profile.
We require each learner to have their own unique email address for reasons of both system security and learner experience.
From a system security perspective, you can only send one password to one e-mail address so every Netball Learning profile needs to have its own e-mail address.
From a learner experience perspective, we found our learners could remember their e-mail address much easier than the old numerical ID used across previous systems. By being the sole unique identifier for all learners accounts, the e-mail address can now be used by our system support team to quickly and easily look up learner records, respond to any system queries, and ensure you and your fellow learners are having the best possible experience with Netball Learning.
If you aren't aware of any other accounts that may be assigned to your email address, please contact the Netball Learning team via the Retrieve MyNetball Learning Profile form and we will look into where the issue may be coming from so you can gain access to your profile. The form can be accessed here, by clicking on the drop down menu below the Submit a Request heading, as shown in the image below.

If you think there may be multiple accounts assigned to your email address (duplicate accounts assigned to yourself, or family members) then we ask that you also contact the Netball Learning team via the 'Retrieve MyNetball Learning Profile', and provide us with the profiles that are linked to your account, and then the unique email address to be assigned to each profile. The form can be accessed here, and toward the bottom of the form there will be a question with a drop down menu asking if there are any learning profiles that also use your email address, as shown below.
Selecting either the Yes, or Unsure options in the drop down menu, will bring up the option to input relevant details of the linked account(s), or any accounts that you think may be linked and then specify the new unique email address to be assigned to this profile.
