If you have a coupon code provided by Netball Australia, you can apply this when you check out.
To redeem a coupon, you must be signed in to your account. If you don’t have an account, create one before redeeming the coupon at checkout.
Accessing your Netball Learning Account
To redeem the coupon for the course, please click on the link to go to the Netball Learning homepage: Australian Sport Learning Centre: Log in to the site (netball.com.au).
Enter your Username and Password to login
- If you have an existing learning account from the old learning platform, you can activate this account by select the ‘Forgot username or password?’ link. See the support guide for more information: Activating an Existing Account from the old System.
- If you haven’t had an account setup previously, you can click on the ‘Create new account’ button to setup a profile. See the support guide for more information: Creating an Account & Logging in.
Finding and enrolling into the Foundation Coach Online Course
Once logged in to your account in the learning system, select the Find Learning heading from the top menu, enter in Foundation Coach Online Course in the search bar, and then click on the course once it's displayed in the menu:
Clicking on the course will take you to the home page of the course. Within this page there will be a course cost price alongside the option to add the course to your shopping cart. Select the Add to Shopping Cart button to continue.
A confirmation notification will pop up once the course has been added. There are two ways to get to the shopping cart menu:
- Selecting the Go to Shopping Cart button once the confirmation notification has appeared.
- Or by selecting the Shopping cart option in the top right-hand corner of the page. Please note that this option can be selected anywhere within the system, whilst option one (1) can only be selected within the course page.
Purchasing your Course and redeeming the Coupon
In the Shopping Cart section, you can see a summary of the items that you have added to the cart. Please note that to redeem the coupon, you must only add the Foundation Coach Online Course and proceed to the checkout. If you would like to purchase or enrol into other courses in Netball learning, you can do so in a separate transaction.
Once ready to order, select the Proceed to Checkout button to continue.
You will then be taken to the checkout where you can enter your address details, as well as the discount coupon. Please note that if you have already purchased courses in Netball Learning, your address details have been stored in the system. Therefore, you can skip Part A and go straight to Part B.
Part A: Filling the Address
Continue from the previous step: First Name and Last Name are populated from the user profile. This requires you to provide your address details before redeeming the coupon code/
- Enter Address Details including
- Company: <School name>
- Street Address:
- City: <Suburb>
- State: Please select your state
- Zip / Postal code: <Postcode>
- Country: Ensure that Australia is selected if it isn’t default to Australia
- Phone Number: <Phone Number>
- Once Address details have been added, please select Update
Part B: Redeem the coupon
Continue from Previous step, select Apply Discount Code in previous screen
- Enter the Coupon Code that you have received from Netball Australia School Manager
- Select the Apply discount button
- With a Valid Coupon, the 100 % discount is applied to your Cart. Therefore, the Total Order is $0.00 and no payment is required in this instance.
- Please select the Place Order button to complete your transaction
Troubleshooting
"My Coupon doesn't work"
If the provided coupon isn't applying the discount correctly at checkout, please check:
- That you're using the coupon for the correct course
- That the coupon hasn't expired (this can vary, so please get in touch with us at learning@netball.com.au if you think your coupon may have expired)
- That the coupon hasn't already been used on a prior order. Coupons can only be applied once per user
- That you are signed into your account
"I missed the section of the checkout where I can apply the discount code, and have paid for the course in full"
In the event that you miss the application of the coupon in the checkout process, a refund will have to be arranged, by getting in touch with the Netball Learning team at learning@netball.com.au. After the refund has been processed, you can repurchase the course using your active coupon code.
Accessing the Foundation Coach Online course
Once the transaction has been processed successfully, you will be enrolled into the course and the below screen will appear. Selecting the Record of Learning tab will take you to where all of your learning items are listed, including the Foundation Coach Online course that you've just purchased.
Once in your Record of Learning, select the recently purchased Foundation Coach Online course, by clicking on the name underneath the Course Title column.
Once in the home page of the purchased course, you can see the modules that need to be completed to obtain your accreditation. For courses like the Foundation Coach course that contain multiple modules, they will need to be completed in sequential order. To begin, select Module 1: Role of the Coach, by first clicking on the highlighted tile, and then on the link which will launch the course. Ensure that you have ‘pop-ups’ enabled in your web browser so that the course can launch in the new tab. For information on how to do this, please click here.
You will now be in module 1 of the course. Ensure that you complete all interactive components (including watching the videos, clicking on flip cards, and answering multiple choice questions) to complete each module.
