Content
The Policies page allows you to add detailed public documents which visitors can view and download at any time such as a constitution or a member welfare policy.
Accessing the Content Manager
To access this, while editing the website, select Policies from the dropdown menu located in the toolbar at the top of the page.
You will then arrive at the Policies page. Each policy is located in a Repeater which is managed through the content manager. To update these, select Manage Content from the floating toolbar, then select Change Content from the resulting pop-up.
Alternatively, you can access this by selecting the Content Manager icon in the secondary toolbar at the top of the page, then choose Manage Content and select Documents.
Uploading Documents
The content manger will then appear as a pop-up window displaying a table with the prepopulated fields. These can be amended simply by selecting the relevant cell.
To add a document, select the relevant cell under the Documents column. You can either choose the + icon to select from the site files library or select the 3-dot menu on the right-hand side to choose between + Add file (from site file library) or if the file is located in a URL, choose Add file link (URL).
If + Add file or the + icon is chosen, a pop-up window will appear containing various media options for your website. From here, select Site Files. You can then choose to upload a document by selecting the + Upload Media button or choose from the existing files. Once an option has been chosen, select Update.
Once a file has been updated, it will then appear in the relevant cell.
You will also be able to upload additional documents by adding a row and completing the relevant information in each cell, while columns with additional information can be added by selecting the + icon after the last column.
