In some instance, you may come across a message which can create difficulties performing functions such as registering or signing in. Here are some possible solutions.
The Voucher code you entered is not valid
When entering a voucher code upon the payment stage of the registration process, a message stating that the code is not valid may appear.
The voucher field is case sensitive and will not allow a code to be applied if there are any spaces at the end of the code. A space can sometimes occur when the code has been cut and pasted into the voucher field.
To ensure the voucher code is accepted, remove any spaces. Once the code is recognised, the voucher field will no longer be red, and you will then be able to apply the code in order to receive the discount.
Issues with participant details
When entering participant details, a message which displays that there are some issues with the participant details may appear. This will stop you from progressing to the next stage of the registration process.
If this message appears, you will need to review each of the fields in the form to ensure they have all been filled out correctly. Any fields which are not filled out correctly will be highlighted in red. Once these have been completed, the message will disappear, and you will then be able to progress to the next stage of the registration.
Could not resend verification code
If you receive a message indicating that a verification code could not be sent to the requested email, this often suggests that the email address has already been verified. You should, therefore, be able to login with the email and password created when signing up. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
Could not send a recovery link
If you are attempting to reset your password and receive a message which states that a recovery link could not be sent to the email address provided, then it is likely that the email address has not yet been verified. In order to verify the email, click here.
If you are unable to verify your email address or reset your password, you will need to create an account. In order to do this, click here.
