In some instance, you may come across a message which can create difficulties performing functions such as registering or signing in. Here are some possible solutions.
The Voucher Code You Entered Is Not Valid
When entering a voucher code during the payment stage of the registration process, you might encounter a message indicating that the code is not valid.
The voucher field is both case sensitive and space sensitive. This means that even a single extra space at the beginning, end, or between characters can cause the code to be rejected. Ensure that there are no extra spaces and that the code is entered exactly as provided.
Once the code is recognized, the voucher field will no longer be highlighted in red, and you will be able to apply the code to receive the discount.
Issues with Participant Details
When entering participant details, you might encounter a message indicating that there are issues with the information provided. This message will prevent you from moving on to the next stage of the registration process.
If this message appears, review each field in the form to ensure all information is entered correctly. Fields with errors will be highlighted in red. Once you correct these issues, the message should disappear, allowing you to proceed to the next stage of registration. Even after reviewing all fields, if you continue to experience the error, please submit a request to Netball Australia’s Service and Support Team.
