Sometimes issues can occur when trying to login into the Netball Learning Centre These issues can include:
- My login isn’t working / I can’t remember my password
- I registered with an incorrect email address
- I can’t remember the email address I registered with
- I can’t find my login details
The easiest way to resolve issues is to reset your password. To do this, select the Forgot username or password? link below the log in section and follow the on-screen directions and you will receive an email helping you re-access your account.
Resetting your Password
Step 1. Select "Forgot username or password". Step 2. Enter your username, and select "Search".
Your username will be your email address. If the provided email address can be found in the system, an email will be sent with a link to reset your password.
Changing your Password
Changing your password regularly is one of the most effective ways to protect your learning account.
Tips for setting up a strong password:
- Use a unique password that is hard to guess
- Use a combination of numbers and symbols
- Use a password that you'll be using only for your learning management account
- Keep your password secret. We'll never ask for your password by email, instant message, or phone
Step 1. Once logged into your account, select your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select Profile.
Step 2. Select Preferences underneath the Administration heading.
Step 3. Select Change Password.
Step 4. Enter your current password, and then your what you want your new password to be. Select the Save Changes button to confirm the update.
Please note: The password must have at least 8 characters, at least 1 digit(s), at least 1 lower case letter(s), at least 1 upper case letter(s), at least 1 non-alphanumeric character(s) such as as *, -, or #
