Access Your Profile
To access your profile, start by going to playhq.com and logging in to your PlayHQ account. Once logged in, click on your initials located in the top-right corner of the screen to open your Account details.
Choose the profile you wish to update the WWCC details for. From there, under the Profile tab, scroll down until you find the Child Safety section.
Update Your Details
In the Child Safety section, click Edit to update your details.
Enter or update your Working With Children Check (WWCC) information as required. Once you have entered your details click Check, the system will verify your provided details.
Once the Check is complete and you are prompted with “Looks Good”, click Save to confirm your changes.
