Generating Advanced Fixture Report
Overview
The Advanced Fixture Report provides information of all games that have been fixtured within a competition's season. Administrators can generate a detailed report with and use the date ranges to limit the records shown.
Generating Advanced Fixture Report
To generate an Advanced Fixture report, navigate to Reports in the main menu, then click the Competitions tab, and scroll down to the Advanced fixture report.
Select the relevant Competition, Season and Grade. Once Competition and Season information has been selected, you can enter the date ranges for “Games from” and “Games to”. Click the Generate button to create the report.
Note: Administration Body Administrators (e.g. at State level) will be able to select from an organisation option to view all organisations that they have access to.
When the report is generated, a success message at the bottom of the page will indicate that report is ready to be downloaded.
Go to the Generated Reports tab to see the list of generated reports. Click the Download button to download the report in a .CSV format.
If the report status remains "generating" after a couple of minutes, you can click the Refresh button.

Result Timestamp (Last Updated)**
*The result source column displays where the game scores were entered. "E-scoring" if scores were entered via the live scoring application or "Manual" if the scores were entered via My Teams or the admin portal.
**The result timestamp records when the game scores were last updated. It is based on the venue's time zone; therefore, if a venue has yet to be allocated, the result timestamp cell will be empty.
Note: The Advanced Fixture Report generally updates every hour.
Whilst the time stamp updates hourly, there is a 20-30 min period where new data won't appear due to the ETL process (extract, transform and load). For example, if the time stamp says data correct at 12.30pm, if a fixture was changed at 12.25pm then it would be unlikely to be included in the Advanced Fixture report at 12.30pm. But it would be included in the following report update at 1.30pm. It's the same for the Participation Report too.
