🔁 How to Renew Your Accreditation
If your accreditation is coming up for renewal, this guide will help you understand the process, timelines, and how to get support if you run into any issues.

🕒 When to Renew
Accreditations are valid for 4 years from the date of issue. You can begin earning points at any time during your 4-year accreditation period.
You’ll receive reminder emails at the following points:
- 12 months before expiry
- 6 months before expiry
- 1 month before expiry
We recommend reviewing your progress once you reach the final year to allow enough time to complete all requirements.
📧 Haven’t Received a Reminder?
If your accreditation is within 12 months of expiring but you haven’t received a reminder:
- Check your junk or spam folders.
- Make sure your email address is correct in your profile.
- If you're still unsure, contact us and we’ll take a look.
📝 How Do I Update My Accreditation?
To update your accreditation, you need to:
- Complete the required number of points within the 4-year period, and
- Meet the mandatory requirements listed for your accreditation level.
You can accumulate points through a variety of approved activities like practical coaching, attending workshops, or completing online courses.
🔎 Where to Check Your Requirements
Head to your 👉 Accreditation Page to view everything required for your renewal. See below for further information on each accreditation.
Your Recertification Path will show:
- Total Points Required
- Course completions required
- What’s already completed
- Which courses are available to choose from
You’ll see sections like:
- Practical Hours
- Rule of Netball Exam
- Netball Australia Safeguarding Children and Young People module
- Elective online courses (to complete the additional points)
Each item will have a Launch or Buy Now button so you can get started right away.
ℹ️ Why can’t I start my Reaccreditation yet?
If you see a message like this on your accreditation:
You are currently certified – you do not need to work on this certification until the recertification window opens. Progress made before the recertification window opens will likely be lost. The recertification window will open on 10 August 2026, 9:25 AM.
It means:

You are still certified, and your renewal window hasn’t opened yet.

Any progress made before the window opens will not count toward your next accreditation period.

You’ll need to wait until the stated date before beginning the reaccreditation requirements to ensure your course completions are recorded properly.
🕒 Tip: You can still view your accreditation details in your Record of Learning, but hold off on starting the reaccreditation process again until the renewal window opens.
