Create a Non-Game Incident from a profile
View Non-Game Incidents on a profile
Gives administrator the ability to capture a non-game incident within PlayHQ. An example of this would be if a player were to break the social media code of conduct.
Create a Non-Game Incident from the Incidents
To begin, select Incidents tab from the left-hand side menu. Once on the incidents page, click on non-game sub-tab, and then click on Create a non-game incident button.
Search for and select a participant.
Enter the incident details.
Creating the new incident takes the user directly to the view/edit incident page, where they can add an outcome.
Viewing Non-Game Incident in Incidents menu
To view a newly created incident or any other non-game incident created previously, click on Incidents appearing on left-hand side main menu, and then select non-game sub tab. Under the non-game tab, you will find the list of the non-game incidents which have been already created.
Create a Non-Game Incident from a profile
To create a non-game incident from a profile, search for the player's profile in Play HQ. Once you find the profile, click on the actions drop down button and select Create a non-game incident.
Enter the incident details. Once the details have been filled in, click on create incident button.
