Overview
Managing the public visibility setting for a season controls whether or not it appears on your organisation's public-facing PlayHQ Discover page. This is similar to how competition's visibility is managed.
When a season is set to 'Hidden,' association administrators can configure the season and its associated grades without allowing the public to view grades set to 'Visible'. This setting hides access to grades, fixtures, ladders, results, and public registration options associated with that season.
Please Note: If participants have been given a registration link, they may still be able to register, depending on the registration period set by the administrator..
Configuring Season Visibility
To adjust the visibility of a season, first navigate to Competition Management and select the relevant season. Then, proceed to the Settings tab where you can update the Visibility setting as needed. This allows you to control whether the season is visible to the public or hidden from view. You can return and modify this setting at any time to reflect changes in your season's visibility requirements.
Please note: Club administrators do not have the ability to update the season visibility, as this option is not available at the club level.
