When a successful team or individual registration is made, PlayHQ sends the participant a tax invoice to their email address immediately after their registration is complete. The download participant invoice tool in the admin portal allows administrators to view and download a participant invoice for each individual registration.
Who can view participant invoices
Depending on the organisation you are "Using as" in the admin portal will determine what invoices you can view in a participant's profile.
Invoices will only appear when you are "Using as" an organisation that has a fee line item within the invoice (i.e. the organisation appears within the invoice with a fee).
If you cannot locate an invoice, and you have admin access to "Use as" multiple organisations, try to change the organisation you are "Using as" (in the top lefthand corner) to the association or club the participant has registered to.

How to download a participant invoice from a participant profile in the admin portal
When logged into the relevant admin portal, you will need to navigate to the relevant participant's profile by selecting Participants in the main menu on the left-hand side. From here, search for the participant using the provided search fields.
Once located, select View.
Once viewing a participant profile, click on the invoices tab and you will be able to see a list of invoices for the participant. You can see the invoice date, order ID and amount.
Click "Download" to download the invoice.
20 invoices per page will display, so if a participant has more than 20 invoices, scroll down to change page.
Team to season registrations
Currently only participant invoices are available to download from the admin portal. If you require a copy of a team to season invoice, please contact Netball support to request a copy
