Fundraiser on a Registration Form
Creating a Fundraiser
Organisations can create fundraisers to allow the participants to make donations during the registration process or contribute through the organisation's Shop on PlayHQ. This can be accomplished at both the club and association levels.
To create a fundraiser, log into your admin account, select the Shop option from the main menu, and click on the "Fundraising" tab. Once on the page, select the "+ Add Fundraiser" button to create a fundraiser.
The following information will assist you in filling out the form:

3 | Images | You can upload an image/s of the product. Best results are achieved with an uploaded square image, file size under 1MB in JPEG or PNG format. |

Allows for the creation of pre-set donation amounts, to cater for different budgets and help you reach your fundraising goals. Up to 10 default amounts are allowed. A participant will make their selection according to the options created. The amount must be over one dollar (AUD). If a default amount is marked as 'Available' it will be available for purchase on registration forms. If the 'Available' box is unchecked, the default amount will not appear on registration forms. Once a default amount has a purchase attributed to it, you will not be able to delete it. However, you can use the available/unavailable checkbox to hide the amount if desired. |

6 | Visibility |
You can make your fundraiser available on the shop page and on registration forms by setting its visibility to Active. When Shop's visibility is set to Active, the fundraiser will be available for purchase on organisation's PlayHQ Shop page. When "Registration Forms" visibility is set to Active, the fundraiser will be available on organisation's registration form. The visibility of a fundraiser can be changed at any time. |
Editing a Fundraiser
Once a fundraiser has been created, it will appear in the organization's "Fundraising" list. To view the created fundraiser, select the Shop option from the main menu, and click on the "Fundraising" tab. To view inactive fundraisers, select the "Inactive" option from the drop-down menu.
Both active and inactive fundraisers can be edited at any time by clicking on the corresponding "Edit" button. Upon clicking this button, you will be directed to the "Edit Fundraiser" page, where you can make any necessary changes.
Fundraiser on a Registration Form
A fundraiser can also be created on the registration form. This feature is accessible for both programs and competitions at the association and club levels. To create a new fundraiser on the registration form, you must first open the respective registration form. Scroll down to the Products section, click the "+ Create New Product" button, and select the Fundraiser option to proceed.
The "Add Fundraiser" page will then open, where you can create a new fundraiser.
Once created, the fundraiser will appear under the "Products" section on the registration page.
Adding an Existing Fundraiser
To include an already created active fundraiser on your registration form, navigate to the registration page and click on the "Manage" button. Then, enter the name of the fundraiser in the search bar located under the Product section.
Once added, the fundraiser will appear under the "Products" section on the registration page.
