Overview
Updating your organisation’s details will ensure that anyone who wishes to contact your organisation or find specific details can do so based on what is displayed on the public facing PlayHQ page.
While this article will only discuss updating the Details and Contact sections, it's worth noting that Vouchers and Payment Details can also be configured here.
Updating Details
To begin, select My Organisation from the main menu on the left-hand side, then select Overview. From here, you will land on the Details page.
The first option is to update the Organisation logo; for specific details on this, click here. The Description field is optional and has a 500- character limit.
Enter your Email and Phone number. As this information is public facing, we do not recommend entering personal details here. If applicable, when completing the Organisation website, please ensure the entire URL is entered, including including the http:// or https://.
Enter the Address of your main place of operations and select whether you would like this to be Visible on discovery maps. Provide organisation’s coordinates to be used as your location on discovery maps. Information on how to find your Latitude and Longitude can be found here.
Select which Formats of Netball your organisation caters for, as well as the Age & Gender information. This will be used to power the discovery map.
Specify the Inclusion categories that your organisation caters for; this will also be used to power the discovery map. If applicable, set a link for your Terms and Conditions that will appear for participants to view and accept when registering. Finally, enter the Club team nickname/abbreviation.
Once you are satisfied with the details you have entered, select the Update & Save button, located at the bottom of the page.
Updating Contacts
There is no limit to the number of contacts that can be added, however, when entering details, every field must be completed. Contacts can be used for internal references (not made public) using the hide visibility icon. Contacts can also be deleted at any time by selecting the bin icon.
Select the Add contact button to include additional contacts. Once this is complete, select the Update & Save button. Once saved, if not hidden, these contacts will appear at the bottom of the organisation's PlayHQ page.
