When cancelling a registration, it is important to ensure that any required refunds have been issued prior to the cancellation. As PlayHQ does not have refund functions, this must be done offline via the organisation’s bank account.
Although there is more than one way to find a registered participant, the most efficient way is to use the search option.
Finding the Participant
To begin, select Participants from the main menu on the left-hand side. You will then arrive at a search function within the participants page. You can search by the participant’s first and last name, email address or phone number. Once you find the participant, select View.
Cancelling the Registration
Select the dropdown arrow located on the player registration section, select Cancel Registration.
A pop-up box will then appear. Provide a brief reason for the cancellation (optional) and then either select Cancel Registration to confirm the cancellation or Cancel to return to the previous screen.
Please note: Once a registration has been cancelled, it cannot be undone.
