Generating a Game Sheets from Game Details page
Game Sheets allow volunteers and game officials to record scores and game results manually. There are two types of Game Sheets: Basic and Advanced. Each of these contain comprehensive details such as:
- Name of Team A and Team B.
- Grade, Round, and unique 'Game Code' which can be used to identify a specific game.
- Date, Time, and Venue/Court.
- The players allocated to each team (listed in Player # order, maximum of 12 players per team).
- Fill-in players.
- The allocated coach (or coaches) for each team.
- Progressive score.
You can find an example of each type of game sheets at the bottom of this article.
Basic
A basic game sheet will include the details outlined above, there are essential details for scoring a Netball game. These are useful for junior and social games where only the essential records are required.
NB : Names will be prepopulated in the score sheet according to the team details that have been entered
Advanced
As the name suggests, Advanced game sheets provide the ability to record the scores and results in greater detail.
In addition to the details in a basic, the advanced game sheets includes the option to record Positions (in the columns next to the player names) Goals & Attempts as well as Centre Passes.
NB: Names will be pre populated in the score sheet according to the team details that have been entered.
Selecting the Game Sheets Type
To select the required Game sheets , you will need to navigate to Competition Management in the main menu located on the left-hand side.
You will then need to select the appropriate Competition and Season tile and then the Grade.
Once you land on the grade page, select Settings tab and then Game sub-tab.
Here you will be able to choose between a Basic or Advanced game sheets (Game sheet). You will also be able to configure multiple game settings.
Please note: If you wish to select either a Basic or Advanced game sheets for every grade in the competition, you can do this by selecting Competition Management > Competition tile > Settings tab > Defaults sub-tab.
Generating Game Sheets
You can generate and download game sheets to a PDF file. You can generate multiple gamesheets for the same day, however, only up to 30 game sheets can be generated at once.
These can be generated from two locations, the Game Day landing page, or from a Game Details page.
Generating a Game Sheets from Game Day
Select Game Day from the main menu on the left-hand side, you will then be able to filter any game statuses such as upcoming and pending, you will also be able to filter grades, venues, and the date.
Once you have done this, select the game or games where you require a game sheets , then select Generate Game Sheets.
This will automatically be saved to a location on your computer (usually the downloads folder). You will then be able to access and print these.
Generating a Game Sheets from Game Details page
Select Game Day from the main menu on the left-hand side. If required, filter any details you require to locate the game, once you have found this, select Details.
You will then land on the specific game details page. Choose Download Game sheet. This will also automatically be saved to a location on your computer.
You will then be able to access and print these.
