Once a participant has registered to a Season, and teams have been created, participants can then be allocated to teams. A participant can be allocated to more than one team from their one registration. Alternatively, a participant can make a separate registration for each team they are playing in.
Allocating players to teams
To begin, you will need to access the relevant team page to which you would like to allocate a player to. Within the players section, select Allocate Player.
Once selected, a pop-up window will appear showing all of the registered players who are currently unallocated. You can filter this, this list by Gender and Date of Birth (DOB). Alternatively, you can allocate players who are already allocated by deselecting the ‘Unallocated’ tick box.
Choose the players you would like to allocate by selecting the tick box, then select the Allocate players button.
Players can also be unallocated by selecting the Unallocate link corresponding with their name.
Allocate coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers to teams
The process of allocating coaches, assistant coaches and team managers to teams is similar to allocating players. To do so, select the relevant Allocate option for the role you wish to allocate someone to.
Use the pop-up to filter and choose the coach or team manager/s.
Please note: You can only allocate participants who have registered as the role of Coach, to a Coach position, likewise for Team Managers.
