Management Access for Team Staff
Overview
Once a participant has registered to a season and teams have been created, participants can then be allocated to teams. A participant with a single registration can be allocated to multiple teams. Alternatively, they can register separately for each team they are playing in.
Allocating Players to Teams
To begin, navigate to Teams tab of the relevant competition and click the View button for the team you wish to allocate players to. Once on the team page, within the players section, select Allocate Player.
A pop-up window will appear, displaying all registered players who are currently unallocated. You can filter this list by Gender and Date of Birth (DOB). You can also select the "All Participants" option to allocate players.
Select the players you wish to allocate by ticking the corresponding checkbox, then click the "Allocate Players" button.
Players can also be unallocated by selecting the Unallocate link next to their name.
Allocating Team Staff
Allocating coaches, assistant coaches, and team managers follows a similar process to allocating players. Once on the team page, select the relevant "Allocate" option for the role you wish to assign
Use the pop-up window to filter and choose the coach or team manager(s).
Please note: You can only allocate participants who have registered as Coaches to Coach positions, and likewise for Team Managers.
Management Access for Team Staff
For all association and club coaches, team managers and assistant coaches, the default setting is OFF. When enabled, they have the ability to:

Edit lineups for upcoming games

Edit lineups, best players (if enabled) and player stats for pending games

View only access for finalised games

Download game sheets
For all Team Organisers, the default setting is ON. When enabled, on the participant portal, they can:

Edit lineups and download gamesheets for upcoming games only

View only access for pending and finalised games.
