This article explains how to complete a module in your course and ensure your progress is recorded correctly.
📘 Module Overview
Each module contains several sections for you to complete, including (but not limited to):
-
Introduction
-
Videos
- Interactive components
-
Question & answer components
-
Summary
Modules are presented in a logical, sequential format that guides you through the required learning and assessments.
🕒 You do not need to complete a module in one sitting. Your progress is saved automatically when you exit the module correctly, you can then return to it at any time.
🔍 Navigating a Module
To progress through a module and access the summary section, you’ll need to complete all required components, such as interactive activities and knowledge check questions.
If you haven't yet completed everything, a message like this may appear:
Once you've completed the required elements, the system will confirm the summary section has been unlocked:
Click the Close button to remove the pop-up and continue.
✅ Finishing a Module
At the end of the module, you’ll reach a Summary section like the one shown below.
To ensure your completion is properly recorded, always click Exit this Module.
⚠️ Avoid using the browser back button or closing the tab — doing so may prevent your progress from being saved.
After clicking Exit, you'll return to the course homepage, where a green tick ✅ will appear next to the completed module:
You can now begin the next module. Keep in mind that modules must be completed in sequential order (e.g. Module 1 → Module 2).
❌ What If the Next Module Is Still Locked?
If you’ve completed the previous module and the next one is appearing as Restricted, try the following:
-
Refresh the webpage
-
Wait a few minutes to allow the system to register the completion
-
Refresh the page again
This should unlock the next module:
