If you’ve purchased a course on Netball Learning but are unable to access it, here’s how to troubleshoot and resolve it.
🧾 Step 1: Confirm Your Purchase Went Through

Log in to Netball Learning.

Click the 🛒 Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page.

Choose My Previous Orders.

Make sure the course you’re trying to access is listed and shows as Completed.
If the order doesn’t appear, the transaction may have failed. Please try again or contact support with any proof of payment.
❗ Step 2: Did You Click “Retake the Course” Button?
You may have seen a Retake the course button on your course page — even if you haven’t completed the course before.
⚠️ Clicking this button removes your enrolment, including for paid courses. Once clicked, the system will prompt you to purchase the course again to regain access.
After clicking it, you’ll see a confirmation warning:
"Are you sure you wish to reset your completion of [Course Name] in certification/accreditation [Accreditation Name]?
You will be required to re-enrol in order to take this course again, and to repay any fees for this course.
Your previous completion will be archived and will be displayed in your record of learning."
Even if you didn’t mean to click it — once confirmed, your course enrolment is removed.
👉 If this happened by mistake, Submit a request with your details and we can reinstate your course enrolment.
