Once participants sign up with PlayHQ, a verification code will be automatically sent to the email address used for registration. To verify your account, you will need to enter this code into the space provided when prompted.
Upon finding the verification email, follow the instructions within the email or enter your verification code directly here.
If you cannot find the verification code email, you can request that the code be resent. Click the ‘Confirm code’ button, as shown in the image above, or use this link to request a new code.
If, after requesting a resend, you still do not receive the verification email, please submit a support request via the Netball Service and Support page for our team to assist you.
Once you successfully enter the verification code, your PlayHQ Profile Account will be set up, allowing you to proceed with registering yourself or a family member/dependent for a competition or program.
Please note: If you have a verification code that does not work, it is possible that your email is already recognized by PlayHQ. In this case, you may need to recover your account using this link.
