Once you first register with PlayHQ, a verification code will be automatically sent to the email address used to sign up. To verify your account, you will need to enter this code when prompted into the space provided.
If you have not received the verification code email, check your Junk Mail or Spam folder for an email from PlayHQ. If you cannot locate the email here, search your email account by subject for "Verify your PlayHQ account".
If you do locate the verification email, follow the instructions contained in the email or enter your verification code here.
If you still cannot locate the verification code email, request the verification code be resent. This can be found under the ‘Confirm code’ button, as per above image or by clicking here before checking your email inbox again.
Following your request to resend the verification code, if you still do not receive the verification email, please submit a request for support via the Netball Service and Support page for our team to assist you.
Once you have successfully entered the verification code, the setup of your PlayHQ Profile Account will be complete, and you can progress to register yourself or a family member/dependent via a competition or program registration form.
Please note: If you have a verification code which is not working, your email may already be recognised by PlayHQ. In this case, you may be required to recover your account using this link.
