Participants can view or edit their PlayHQ profile by logging into their account using the credentials created during the signup process.
To view or edit your profile, log into your participant account, select your name, and then choose My Account.
After logging in, you'll arrive at your account portal, where you can access information about yourself or any family member/dependent (if applicable). To view details for a family member or dependent, simply click on their name as shown below. For information on adding or updating a family member or dependent, click here.
When viewing your profile, you will see a history of the teams you have registered with under the My Teams tab. These will be displayed as tiles; by selecting a tile, you will be directed to the relevant team’s page.
Click the Profile tab to view and edit your Personal Details, Disability Details, Emergency Contact, and Privacy Settings. To make changes, click the "Edit" button within the relevant section.
When editing Privacy Settings, you can choose whether your name or the names of your family members/dependents are visible on public game centers. The "Private" setting will hide names from public view, displaying them as "Player," while administrators will still be able to see the details. The default setting is "Public".
Please note: Your name and date of birth fields are locked and can only be changed by contacting Service and Support.
The Registration History provides an overview of your registration types (e.g., Player, Coach, Team Manager) and the organisations with which you have registered on PlayHQ. Click the "+" icon to view details for each registration.
The Membership section provides an overview of your membership history and the status of each membership. Clicking the "+" icon will allow you to view the start and expiration dates of your memberships.
