A "Team to Season" form can be used for competitions that don’t require a team to be aligned with a club or organisation, such as a social team.
To create this form, you must have at least one grade configured for the competition season.
Select "Competition Management" in the left-hand menu, then select the desired competition and season. Click the Registration tab and Association sub-tab, then, under the Team to Season section, you can create a new form by choosing "Set up Form".
The registration period will allow you to set a start and end date and time during which the registration form will be active. If a participants access the registration form outside of this time frame, they will not be able to register.
Registration Fees will be charged to team organisers upon registering for the season. The designated fee should be $0.00 (if the registration is free) or greater than $1.00 (if you wish to charge a registration fee).
Under the Choose grades section, you can select the grades that a team organiser can choose from when registering their team. The team can be moved to another grade after the registration takes place.
Custom Fields (questions) that you have configured for the season will appear here. Pre-configured merchandise can also be added in the Products section. When listing a pre-configured merchandise, you can also specify the maximum quantity available per registration.
Information added in the Overview section will be displayed on the overview page of the registration form. A 500-character limit applies to each of the "Pricing information" and "Additional information" fields.
Slide the toggle button to its active state to enable your organisation's Terms and Conditions to be viewed on the registration form.
The Registration visibility allows the registration form to either be visible or hidden on the association’s main public landing page. Changing this setting to "Hidden" won’t affect or remove the option for a participant to register, however, it will ensure that the public cannot view the registration link on the PlayHQ website.
Once you are satisfied with the information you have completed, select the “Save” button, located at in the upper right-hand corner.
After saving the form, the settings will be displayed in a preview tile along with a unique registrations link. This link can be shared with team organisers seeking to register for the season.
These settings can be edited at any time by selecting the Manage option.
Please note: In order to allow participants to register directly to a team, the Participant to Team registration form will need to be configured.
